2 Steps to Generating Sales Within Your First Week of Becoming an Affiliate Marketer

Today, with the current state of the economy, thousands of people are losing what they once thought was a 'secure' job, are turning to the Internet in dire search of a 'Plan B'. It is a great place to search, however with all the available information out there it can be quite difficult to find proper direction which can lead to overwhelming feelings.
I have been marketing online since 2005, long before this so called 'recession' that I keep hearing about but has not affected me. I've started in Network Marketing and will forever be involved in this industry as building win-win relationships with others is as rewarding as the pay-check that are paid. However, because of my own personal drive to add multiple streams of income to my business I have been looking into Affiliate Marketing and my discovery is amazing!
Again, I love network marketing however, the profit generated from Affiliate Marketing is immediate and require less face time compared to network marketing. I see affiliate marketing as the starting point for anyone who has lost their job and are looking for some immediate income through online ventures. Here are 2 steps to generating sales within your first week of becoming an affiliate marketer:
Plug-in To A Mentor/Get Training: Like anything in life, it is great to have a mentor that you can learn from as this will shorten your learning curve and accelerate you to achieving your target, in this case 'earning money online'. Just like top athletes, highly paid lawyers and doctors; these people have all been trained to get to where they are; usually following someone they respect and look up to after their formal training has been completed. Affiliate marketing is no different. It does not require that you spend thousands of dollars on formal training, in fact you can step up your affiliate account and go at it on your own. The only possible drawback using that approach is it will take you longer to see any results especially if you are brand new to marketing online.
Mentors often provide you with what has worked for them. Their training is not based on theories or logic such as the education you receive in traditional schools. Mentors offer to you proven instructions that has allowed them to reach the level that you are seeking. Plug-in to a mentor and download their experiences and knowledge...you will be glad you did!
Let me share a personal example with you. I attempted at affiliate marketing back in April 2008. I tried to learn everything on my own and quickly became frustrated with the lack of results and soon after dropped the idea. Fast forward to late January 2009 and I decided to get trained from a multimillionaire affiliate marketer. Well needless to say, within my first two week (1 week of learning & 1 week of applying) of following his advice I was generating sales.
Take Action: This step sounds so simple but you would be surprised at the number of people who want this or that; acquire the needed resources & training, but never get into ACTION. Without action there is no way that you will accomplish what you have set out to do. This often leads to wasted money as you will find another online sales copy that resonates with you so much that you wipe out your credit card again because they have touched your emotions.
However, once again you take no action and claim that nothing is working for you. Please... Please... Please do not fall victim to inaction because in reality there is no such thing. If you decided to sit around and do nothing then the action is you sitting around on you butt while unseen forces are happening to you. Others are out there achieving what you desire so jump into action. Put in at least 1 hour per day (I recommend 10-15/week while getting started) to moving forward towards your goal.

I have looked into a number of different affiliate coaches & communities; even paid all the sign-up fees and what not. This is by far the best one out there as he doesn't hold anything back. A lot of programs will tell you what you should be doing, but leave out the how-to of doing it. Mack allows you to watch his computer screen as he walks you step by step through building yourself into a Super Affiliate!
